Welcome to Resin Ree. By accessing or making a purchase through our website (www.resinree.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

1. General Information

Resin Ree is a small creative studio specializing in handcrafted resin art and décor. Each piece is individually made, and no two are ever identical. By purchasing from Resin Ree, you acknowledge that slight variations in color, texture, or composition are natural features of handmade resin items.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page. Continued use of our site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of service.

3. Product Information

All Resin Ree items are handmade in small batches. Product photos are representative but not identical to the final item you receive.
We strive to display colors and details accurately, but screen settings and lighting conditions may affect appearance.

We cannot guarantee the availability of every product. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted promptly, and a store credit or replacement option will be offered.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in BMD and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.
Payment is due at checkout via Shopify’s secure payment system. Your order will not be processed until payment is received in full.

5. Shipping

All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping times vary based on destination and item type, as indicated in your order confirmation.
Delays due to customs, postal service disruptions, or weather events are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.

6. Returns and Store Credit

Resin Ree does not issue refunds.
Eligible returns for damaged or defective items will be processed as store credit according to our Return & Store Credit Policy.
Minor imperfections, color variations, or surface texture differences are considered part of the handmade process and not grounds for return.

7. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom-made and personalized items are created to your specifications and are considered final sale.
Please review all details carefully before approving a custom order, as modifications after production begins may not be possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, product names, text, and graphics on this website are the property of Resin Ree and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the site or its content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Resin Ree shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our products or website,

  • Delays or delivery issues beyond our control,

  • Inaccurate information provided by third parties.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item purchased.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resin Ree and its owner(s), affiliates, and partners from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bermuda, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Bermuda’s legal system.
