Resin Ree — Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Resin Ree. As all of our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, each one is unique. To ensure clarity and fairness for both you and our creative process, please review the following policy carefully.
1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, you must notify us via contactus@resinree.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage, including the packaging.

After approval, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. The original item must be returned in its original packaging, securely wrapped, and at your own expense unless our fault caused the damage.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will either replace it with a similar piece or issue a credit refund (see Section 4).
2. Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Credit

Custom-made or personalized items (including those with initials, names, or bespoke colors) are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless they are defective.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt are not eligible.

Change of mind, incorrect personalization provided by the customer, or minor variations in colour/finish (which are inherent in handmade work) are not grounds for return.
3. Shipping & Duties

Shipping charges for your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For returns that are accepted, you are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service (if applicable), as we cannot assume liability for items lost in transit.

For international orders (including Bermuda and other islands), any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded by us.
4. Store Credit

If a refund is approved, the amount refunded by store credit will include the purchase price of the item (excluding original shipping charges) and will be credited to your ResinRee account within 7-14 business days of our approval.

If a replacement is chosen instead of a credit, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost if the fault was ours; otherwise, return shipping may be your responsibility.

If you have not received a credit within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at contactus@resinree.com.

Store credit:
- Does not expire.
- May be used toward any future purchase at www.resinree.com.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Changes to Your Order

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because our pieces are handcrafted upon order, cancellation or modification cannot always be guaranteed.

If fabrication has already begun, a partial or full credit may be retained to cover materials/labour at our discretion.
6. Care & Variation Clause

Because our items are handmade using resin, pigments, and embedded elements (shells, sand, foils, etc.), slight variations in colour, pattern, texture, or small bubbles may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade resin art and are not considered defects.

We encourage you to review product images carefully and ask questions if you have any concerns.
