Resin Ree — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Resin Ree! Each order is handled with care from our studio in Bermuda. Because every item is handcrafted, processing times and delivery schedules may vary slightly depending on the piece and the season.
1. Processing Time
- All items are made and packaged by hand.
- Standard processing time is 3–7 business days before dispatch.
- Custom or personalized items may require up to 10–14 business days for creation.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or special launches), processing times may be extended slightly — we’ll always keep you informed if that happens.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
- Resin Ree currently ships only within Bermuda and to select international destinations, coming soon.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Local Bermuda orders may qualify for:
- Local delivery or pickup, where available.
- Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days once shipped.
- International shipping timeframes vary depending on destination and postal carrier.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with information on your order.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment - if applicable.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Resin Ree is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or courier handling once the package leaves Bermuda.

We are unable to mark shipments as “gifts” or undervalue items on customs forms.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Resin Ree cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged, please email ContactUs@ResinRee.com within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos of both the packaging and the item, so that we can assist you.

Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be made directly with the shipping carrier; however, we will do our best to support you through the process.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing the checkout process.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.
7. Local Pickup (If Offered)
If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection, along with pickup details and hours.
Orders not collected within 7 days may be canceled and issued as store credit at our discretion.
8. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all posted delivery estimates, delays due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier service disruptions are beyond our control.
We appreciate your patience — handmade items take time to prepare and ship safely.
